What Zaras costs
Zaras has three plans, sized by your team. Each business starts with a 14-day free trial: see How the trial works.

Every plan includes the same features. Everyone who signs in counts as a user, in the office or in the field, and a team of more than 15 users can talk to us. Each price is the total for the month and covers every user on the plan.
Tax, if applicable, is added at checkout. A plan renews every month until you cancel.
Card payments and fees
Card payments from your customers go to your own Stripe account. Stripe's processing fees apply. Zaras takes no cut. Setting it up is in Take online payments with Stripe.
Change or cancel your plan
Plans are managed only on the web, never in the Zaras app. On the web, open Settings → Billing; the rows are under Manage billing:
- To move to another plan, press Change plan and pick one. Zaras checks that it fits your team. The plan changes when you confirm, and the adjustment for the rest of the billing period is part of your next charge, not a separate charge today.
- To update your card, press Change beside Payment method.
- To see past payments, press View beside Invoices.
- To cancel, press Cancel plan and confirm on the Stripe page that opens.
What you see
After a plan change, Billing shows your new plan. It can take a minute to show.
Cancelling stops your next renewal, and you keep access until your current billing period ends. Billing then says your plan is cancelled and shows the day it ends.
Who can do this
Only the business owner or an admin can manage billing. Everyone else asks the owner.
