How the trial works
Invite your team and try every Zaras feature free for 14 days. No credit card is required. Choose a paid plan to continue after your trial.
Choose a plan during the trial
You can choose a plan on any day of the trial. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
- On the web, open Settings → Billing.
- Under Choose your plan, pick a plan. Only the plans with room for your team are shown, counting the owner and pending invitations; Compare plans lists every plan with its users and price.
- Press the button that reads Continue with your plan's name, then add your card and confirm your plan.
Your first payment is taken when your trial ends.
The plan you choose sets how many users your team can have, the owner and pending invitations included. If the team is larger than the plan when you finish checkout, the plan doesn't start and nothing is charged: Billing says so and lets you choose a plan that fits.
If a smaller plan would fit without some of your pending invitations, Billing offers it. Press Review invitations and cancel the ones you no longer need.
To change your mind before then, open Billing and press Cancel plan under Manage billing, then confirm on the Stripe page that opens. You won't be charged, and your trial continues until its end date.
Plans are chosen only on the web, never in the Zaras app. The prices are in What Zaras costs.
What you see
During the trial, owners and admins see a banner on the web and in the Zaras app with the days left. Technicians and office staff do not.
Once you choose a plan, Billing says your first payment will be taken when the trial ends. If you cancel it, Billing says you won't be charged and shows the day the trial ends.
When the trial ends
If you already chose a plan, your first payment is taken that day and Zaras carries on as it is.
If you have not chosen one yet: when your 14-day trial ends, pick your plan in the web app to keep going. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. Your data stays in your account, and invoice and payment links you've already shared with customers keep working.

Who can do this
Only the business owner or an admin can choose a plan. Everyone else asks the owner.
