Confirm your email with the link or the 8-digit code Zaras sends you. Until then, customer emails and team invitations wait, and nothing you entered is lost.
Confirm your email
- Open the link in the Confirm your email message.
- Or press Enter code on the reminder. In the app, tap the reminder.
- Type the 8-digit Confirmation code from the email.
- Press Confirm.
What you see
Email confirmed shows, and the reminder goes away. Sending emails and invitations works again.
No email arrived
Press Resend on the reminder. Too many emails sent. Try again in an hour. means you have hit the limit.
The address is wrong
- Press Wrong email? on the reminder.
- Enter the New email and your Current password.
- Press Update and resend.
The link asks you to sign in
Sign in to confirm appears when you are signed out. Signed in to another account? Press Switch account. Never signed up? This wasn't me removes the account.
Zaras stops at Confirm your email to continue
This shows after two weeks without confirming. The code, Resend and Wrong email? work there too.
Who can do this
Every member confirms their own email. No permission is needed.
