Why is a report figure missing?
Your role lacks a permission, your team has no pay rates set, or nothing happened in the date range.
It says Restricted
Restricted or Requires cost & profit permission means you hold View reports without View cost & profit. Expenses, Gross profit and Profit margin read this way, and the profit chart is left out.
Ask an owner or admin to switch on View cost & profit under Settings → Team & roles → Roles.
Labor cost says Not calculated
Hours were approved, but nobody who logged them has a pay rate.
- Open Settings → Team & roles and find the member.
- Under Hourly rate, press Set hourly rate.
What you see
Rate saved confirms it. The rate Applies to time worked from today. Time already worked keeps the rate it was costed at.
A card is empty
Nothing in the range counts, so the card says so, such as No jobs for this period. Pick a wider date range.
It says Not authorized
Your role does not hold View reports, so the report is not shown.
Who can do this
Reports need View reports, held by owners, admins and office by default. Cost and profit figures also need View cost & profit, and pay rates need Manage pay rates. Owners and admins hold both. Others ask an owner or admin under Settings → Team & roles → Roles.
