Get the signed copy of an accepted estimate
Press Signed PDF on the accepted estimate for a copy of what the customer agreed to, with their signature. It exists only when the customer approved and signed on their own estimate page.
Open the signed PDF
- Open the accepted estimate.
- Press Signed PDF at the top on the web, or tap the Signed PDF row in the Zaras app.
What you see
The signed PDF opens. The customer gets the same PDF with the thank-you email Zaras sends when they approve, while Estimate approved is on under Customer notifications.
The customer is with you
In the Zaras app, tap Capture signature to record an in-person approval on your phone. That records the decision, but makes no Signed PDF.
Signed PDF is missing
The estimate was accepted another way: in person, or by Record decision. Only an approval on the customer's page makes the PDF.
Who can do this
This needs Manage estimates. Owners, admins, office and technicians hold it by default. Others ask an owner or admin under Settings → Team & roles → Roles.
