Why don't my hours need approval?

Because you are the workspace's only member, each entry is approved as it is recorded. Your first invitation brings approval back for new entries.

What you see

Timesheets reads My Hours, whatever your role, and hours go straight into job costs. There is no Approval Queue and no Team Hours.

Entries carry no Pending or Approved badge. Only a Denied entry is still marked: one an approver denied while you had a team. Its hours are not counted.

When approval comes back

Your first invitation, or a second member joining, brings the queue and Team Hours back. New entries start as drafts again.

It is just you again once the last pending invitation is revoked or expires, or the others leave.

An entry still says Pending

A visit completed offline that syncs after you sent an invitation arrives as Pending. More in Working on your own.

Who can do this

Every role logs its own hours. No permission is needed.
