Join a team from an invitation

Open the link in your invitation email, then sign up or sign in with that address. Already in another workspace? See Can I belong to more than one workspace?

On a computer

1. Open the link in the invitation email.
2. On You're invited, check the workspace name and your role.
3. New to Zaras? Add your First name and Last name, then a password.
4. Already have an account? Press I already have an account and sign in.

On a phone or tablet

1. Open the link. It offers Get the Zaras app.
2. Install the app, or press Open in the Zaras app.
3. In the app, create an account with the invited email address.
4. Check the workspace and role, add your name and tap Join.

Continue in browser joins in the phone's browser instead.

What you see

The workspace opens with the role your inviter picked.

It says This invite is no longer valid

It expired or was revoked. Ask the person who invited you for a new one.

It says We couldn't check for an invitation

Check your connection and tap Retry in the app.
