Does the Zaras app work offline on a visit?

Yes. Most visit actions are saved on your phone without signal and sync when you reconnect, even if you close the app first.

What works offline

• Clocking in, completing and canceling a visit.
• A signature: Signature saved. Saved offline — will sync when connected.
• Photos: Saved offline — will sync when connected.
• A payment: Payment saved offline — will sync when connected.

What you see

A queued action shows its offline sentence instead of the usual confirmation. Queued work is stored on the phone itself, so closing the app or restarting the phone keeps it. The office sees it only after your phone syncs.

This action needs a connection

These are refused without signal, with This action needs a connection:

• Videos and large files.
• Reopening an estimate visit, or marking it not started.

Try again once you have signal. A completed job visit can't be reopened at all.

Who can do this

Everyone who can run the visit can do it offline. Nothing extra is needed.
