How long does Zaras Assistant remember a conversation?
A conversation stays on the device you are using, and clears itself after 24 hours without a message. Your teammates and your other devices never see it.
Only the last 12 messages go with each question, so a long conversation forgets its beginning. One message can be up to 2,000 characters.
Start fresh
On the web:
- Press Clear conversation at the top of the panel.
- Press Clear conversation in Clear this conversation?.
In the Zaras app:
- Tap the trash-can button in the header.
- Tap Clear conversation in Clear this conversation?.
What you see
The thread empties. The prompt says Your records are unchanged. The app also shows Conversation cleared. There is no way to bring a cleared conversation back.
Stop an answer
While an answer streams, a line says what it is checking ("Finding the record…").
- Press Stop answering on the web, or tap Stop in the app.
What has arrived stays, and the turn ends there.
Who can do this
Every member can clear their own conversation on their own device.
