Can I belong to more than one workspace?

No. An account belongs to one workspace at a time, and there is no switcher. To work for two businesses, use a separate email address for each.

An invitation to a second workspace

Opening it tells you that you already belong to one. What you can do depends on your place there:

• A member can leave the current workspace and join the new one, or stay put.
• An owner whose workspace has no team members or records can join. Joining deletes that empty workspace.
• An owner whose workspace has team members or records can't join with that account.

What you see

Leaving takes you off the old team at once. The jobs and hours you recorded there stay with that business.

It won't let you leave yet

Changes still waiting to sync must finish first. Go online and wait for them to send.

Who can do this

Any member can accept an invitation for their own email address.
