- Install the Zaras app and sign inNot available yetThe Zaras app is the phone app your team uses in the field. It is not listed in the App Store or Google Play yet, so there is no public download link; this page explains how signing in and joining work once the app is on your phone.
- What Zaras does and how it is laid outZaras runs the office and the field side of a service business. Work usually moves in one direction: a Contacts record for the customer, an estimate for the work, a job with one or more visits once the estimate is accepted, an invoice when the work is done, and a payment against that invoice. Alongside that sit the calendar, timesheets, team chat and reports.
- Working on your ownWhen you are the only member of your workspace and have no invitation waiting, Zaras stops showing you tools for a team you do not have. Nothing is switched off for good: the moment you send your first invitation, every team screen comes back. Nothing you have recorded is lost either way.
- Your first job, start to finishThe quickest way to learn Zaras is to take one real job all the way through: a customer, a job with a visit, the visit done, an invoice sent and the payment recorded. It takes a few minutes, and each step links to the full article when you want the detail.
