Is Zaras down?
If Zaras is down, the bar at the top of the screen says Can't reach Zaras right now. It keeps retrying and picks up when Zaras is back.

- Press Try now in the bar at the top, or tap it in the app.

What you see
- You're offline. Changes won't be saved until you're back. on the web means your own connection dropped.
- You're offline. Visits, photos, signatures and payments save here and sync later. means the same in the Zaras app.
- Can't reach Zaras right now means you are online but Zaras is not answering.
Between tries the bar counts down to the next one. In the Zaras app, Back online shows when the connection returns.
Zaras won't open at all
When Zaras can't be reached as it starts, a full screen says Can't reach Zaras right now. We're still trying, and this page will pick up automatically as soon as we're back. Leave it open, or press Try now.
It says your session has expired
Your session has expired. Please sign in again. is not an outage. Sign in again to carry on.
Who can do this
Every member can see the bar. No permission is needed.
