§ · Pricing

Pricing that calibrates to your operation.

Simple at the surface. Precise underneath. Start as a solo operator, scale into a crew, and only add complexity when the business actually needs it.

§01 · Calibration

Choose the shape. The math stays quiet.

Pricing is intentionally simple: one plan for a solo operator, one plan family for teams, and custom scope only when branches, permissions, and integrations become real operational variables.

01

Crew size

Owner-operator, small crew, growing team, or branch network.

02

Operating load

Dispatch volume, approvals, reporting needs, and office workflow.

03

Infrastructure

Roles, integrations, audit history, and multi-location controls.

§02 · Logic

The price should disappear into the workflow.

The page can feel memorable, but the decision should not feel complicated. Core operations stay included; pricing changes when your coordination problem changes.

No feature maze.

Dispatch, estimates, jobs, invoicing, payments, customer records, QuickBooks sync, recurring contracts, and the customer portal are included at the core. Team pricing adds coordination infrastructure — not a ransom note for basic tools.

included

Core work

The daily loop: schedule, estimate, do the job, invoice, collect, and keep the record clean.

scales

Coordination

Roles, SMS, crew reporting, approvals, dashboards, and audit trails grow as the office grows.

scoped

Branch complexity

Multi-location controls, procurement, SSO, integrations, SLAs, and onboarding depth are scoped directly.

§03 · FAQ

Questions that come up.

Is pricing final during private beta?
No. Tiers and rates are set for reference and will be revisited as the beta cohort fills out. If you're invited and the price changes before you're onboarded, you'll see the change before you sign.
What counts as a tech?
A tech = anyone you bill payroll for who works on jobs. Includes employees and 1099 contractors. Doesn't include office-only roles like a dispatcher or bookkeeper who never works a job. If you're unsure, tell us how the operation runs and we'll confirm during access review.
What changes when I move from Solo to Team?
Roles and permissions, multi-user dispatching, two-way SMS, and crew-level reporting (revenue, margin, utilization). Solo is one operator running the whole stack; Team is the moment a dispatcher, an office person, and field techs need different views of the same record. Pick the headcount band that matches your crew today — the system grows with you when you add more.
How does Multi-branch pricing work?
Custom, scoped during access review. Multi-branch is the top Team band — two-to-twelve locations sharing dispatch, inventory, and books, with per-branch P&L and a shared tech pool. The shape varies enough across operators that a flat rate doesn't fit cleanly — we scope it together.
Do you help import customers, jobs, and invoices?
Yes, scoped during access review. Imports from QuickBooks, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, and CSV are supported. The team that imports the data is the team that calibrates the system to your operation, so it's not a separate handoff.
Are payments, invoicing, and customer records included?
Yes, on every tier. Solo gets the full operating layer — dispatch, scheduling, estimates, jobs, invoicing, payments (ACH, card, in-person terminal), customer records, and QuickBooks sync. Team adds multi-user infrastructure (roles, two-way SMS, crew-level reporting) and scales further with each headcount band — not core features.
What happens after I request access?
We review fit within ~48 hours and reply either way. If the shape matches what we're building for in this beta cohort, we scope onboarding together and stand up your workspace. If it doesn't, we'll tell you why — no waitlist theater.
