What you're paying for
What counts as a tech?
A tech is anyone you pay to do field work on jobs — W-2 employees or 1099 contractors. The band is keyed to your field headcount. If a role is mixed — someone who runs jobs and also handles office work — tell us how the operation actually runs and we'll confirm during access review.
Do office or admin staff count toward pricing?
No. Dispatchers, CSRs, bookkeepers, office managers, owners who don't run jobs — none of them count toward your tech band. Pricing is keyed to field techs only, so you can add all the back-office help your operation needs without changing what you pay.
What changes when I move from Solo to Team?
Solo is one operator running the whole stack. Team is the moment a dispatcher, an office person, and field techs need different views of the same record. The system is the same on every band — what changes is the size of the crew it's built around. Pick the band that matches your crew today and move up when the crew grows.
How does Multi-branch pricing work?
Custom, scoped during access review. Multi-branch covers two-to-twelve locations sharing dispatch, inventory, and books, with per-branch P&L and a shared tech pool. The shape varies enough across operators that a flat rate doesn't fit — we scope it together and quote in writing.
Billing & costs
Are payment processing fees included?
Card and ACH processing fees are passed through from our payments processor — they're not marked up, and they're separate from your monthly subscription. Standard processor rates apply. If you're moving from another platform that bundles these into a single rate, we'll walk through the comparison during access review.
Are SMS messages included or metered?
Two-way SMS is included on Team tiers without per-message metering during beta. We'll publish a fair-use ceiling before GA so high-volume operators know where the line is in advance — not metered onto your bill mid-month.
What happens if I cross a tech band mid-month?
We give you breathing room. If you hire your 6th tech while on the Up-to-5 band, we'll flag it, talk through whether the new band fits, and not auto-bump you the same day. You're not getting penalized for growing — we just need to keep the math honest.
Is billing monthly or annual?
Monthly during beta. We'll offer annual billing with a discount at GA. Your beta rate is monthly month-to-month — cancel anytime, no minimum term.
Onboarding, data & commitment
Do you help with setup and data migration?
Yes. Imports from QuickBooks, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, and CSV are included in onboarding for Solo and Team tiers — and the team that imports your data is the same team that calibrates the system to your operation, not a separate handoff. Multi-branch onboarding is scoped separately; we'll quote it in writing before any work starts. No surprise invoices.
Can I cancel and export my data?
Yes, anytime. Your data is yours: customers, jobs, invoices, payments — all exportable as CSV from your workspace, no support ticket required. If you cancel, we keep your data accessible for a defined retention window in case you want to come back or pull something you missed, then it's deleted.
What happens after I request an invite?
We review fit within about 24 hours and reply either way. If the shape matches what we're building for in this beta cohort, we scope onboarding together and stand up your workspace. If it doesn't fit, we'll tell you why directly — no vague "we'll be in touch" responses.
Is my price locked once I'm on?
We don't promise forever prices. We're in beta, and pretending we know what this system costs to run years from now wouldn't be honest. What we do promise: no change without 60 days' written notice, no change mid-cycle, and month-to-month billing — if a new rate doesn't work for you, you leave with your data, no contract holding you.
How does the free trial work?
30 days on the full operating system, no card required. Keep your data either way — export everything, anytime.
