Your business records, protected and yours. Here is how, in plain words.
Where your data lives
We store and process your data in the United States. It is encrypted on its way to and from your devices, and access to it is limited to what the service needs.
Signing in
Two-factor sign-in is built in, and every new password is checked against known breaches. You can see every device signed in to your account and sign the others out.
Who sees what
Roles decide what each member can see and do. Costs and margins stay with owners and admins unless you say otherwise.
Payments
Stripe collects and processes card details, and payouts go to the bank account you give Stripe. We never hold full card numbers.
AI features
Zaras Assistant sends your question and the records it needs to our AI provider to write the answer. The app asks for your consent first, and you can withdraw it any time in Settings.
Report a security issue
Found a problem? Email security@zaras.ai. For anything about your own account, write to support@zaras.ai from the address you sign in with and the team replies within 24 hours, seven days a week.
Your data is yours
You own what you put into Zaras. We use it only to run the service, and we never sell it.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Email support@zaras.ai from the address on your account and we send your customers, jobs, estimates, invoices and payments as spreadsheets. There is no export button in the app yet, so this is the way to get a full copy.
Our privacy policy lists what is kept after you delete your account or workspace, and for how long.
Deleting your account or workspace
Anyone can delete their own account. An owner can delete the whole workspace. Either way, the work you recorded stays with the business until the workspace itself is gone.

- Locked for 30 daysNothing is lost yet. An owner can restore the workspace.
- Purged for goodAfter 30 days it is gone. Save the PDFs you need before then.
