Does each technician need their own account?

Yes. Each technician signs in with their own account. Visits are assigned to them, and their hours are their own.

Give each technician an account

Invite each one by email from Settings → Team & roles. The steps are in Invite someone to your team.

Each technician counts as a user on your plan, like everyone who signs in. See What Zaras costs.

What you see

The invite waits under Pending invitations until they accept. Once they join, their Home shows Up next with the next visit assigned to them. Their time goes into My Hours.

Who can do this

Inviting needs Invite team members, held by owners and admins. Others ask an owner or admin under Settings → Team & roles → Roles.
