What does Zaras connect to?
Zaras connects to Stripe for card payments and sends your schedule to Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar. It does not sync with QuickBooks or other accounting software, and reports and records have no export yet.
Works today
- Card payments go through your own Stripe account: Connect Stripe and turn on card payments.
- A calendar feed shows your Zaras schedule in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar. It is one-way: changes made in those apps don't come back. See Create a calendar feed link.
- A CSV file brings in contacts and price book items from your old tool: Move your customers and price list into Zaras.
- Estimates and invoices reach customers by email, with the PDF and a link. Replies come back to your business: Choose where customer replies go.
Not available yet
- Sync with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Xero or other accounting software.
- Export of reports, payments or records to a CSV file or a spreadsheet. A report figure opens its records instead: See the records behind a report figure.
- Two-way calendar sync, so appointments made in another calendar don't show in Zaras.
- Sending estimates or invoices by text message.
- A public API or a Zapier connection.

Who can do this
Connecting Stripe needs Manage financial settings, and a calendar feed needs Manage business settings. Both are held by owners and admins by default. Others ask an owner or admin.
