Tick the circle beside a task (Mark complete) and it moves to Completed. You can bring it back at any time.

Complete a task

  1. Open My Tasks.
  2. Tick the circle beside the task, on the web or in the Zaras app.
The Completed section of My Tasks on the web: the Today, This week, This month and All filters with This week chosen, and a crossed-out task whose ticked circle is ringed
Web — A completed task under Completed, filtered to This week.

What you see

The task leaves its bucket and appears under Completed: a section of the full web page, or a screen in the app. Filter it by Today, This week, This month or All.

A recurring task is a series: a fresh copy lands in Today on each repeat day. Completing one copy leaves the series running.

Bring one back

Tick the circle again (Mark incomplete). Inside the task, choose Reopen task on the web, or Mark active in the app.

Delete a task

  1. Open the task.
  2. On the web, press the three-dot button in its header.
  3. Choose Delete task. In the app, tap it in the action bar.
  4. Confirm with Delete in Delete task (Delete task? in the app).
A task open on the web: the three-dot button in its header is open and Delete task is ringed below it
Web — The three-dot button in the task's header, then Delete task.
A task open in the Zaras app: Mark complete and Delete task in its action bar, with Delete task ringed
Zaras app — Tap Delete task in the task's action bar.

The task is gone for good: the prompt warns that this can't be undone.
