Why didn't my chat message send?
You were probably offline. The web sends the message later on its own. The Zaras app needs a connection to send.
What you see on the web
An offline message shows Message queued — will send when connected. Yours reads Sending… until it is Delivered.
What you see in the Zaras app
The send button is withheld while you are offline. Your text stays as a draft, even if you close the app. A failed send keeps it too.
- Reconnect to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Open the chat again.
- Tap the send button once it is back.
A chat won't open offline
Chats you opened before keep their last synced messages offline. Others say Not available offline yet. Open this chat while connected first.
Who can do this
Every member can send messages. No permission is needed.
