- What happens to Team Chat when I work alone?Team Chat becomes Notes: private notes on your jobs, estimates and invoices. Notes stay in your workspace and are never shown to the customer.
- Send a message to your teamType in Message the team… and press Send message. Everyone in the workspace can read it, and a sent message can't be edited or deleted.
- Why didn't my chat message send?You were probably offline. The web sends the message later on its own. The Zaras app needs a connection to send.
- Start a chat with your teamStart a channel for a topic, or a record chat about one job, estimate or invoice. Channels are topics, not private groups. Everyone in your workspace can read and reply.
- Talk with your team in Team ChatTeam Chat is your workspace's internal conversation. Customers never see it. Pick what you need:
