Yes. A monthly storefront wash or a quarterly hood cleaning is set up as a recurring job when you create it. Each visit keeps its before and after photos, the signature and the notes on that job.
Can I use my price book and offer optional items?
Yes. The price book prices house washes, decks and driveways on the crew's phone, and an estimate can carry optional items the customer picks on the estimate itself, like a roof soft wash, the deck or the driveway. Every unaccepted estimate stays in one list until the customer accepts or declines.
How do deposits and customer payments work?
Customers pay by card from the invoice you email them, straight into your own Stripe account. A deposit on a larger job is recorded against that invoice, and so are partial payments, cash and checks.
Can I mix residential and commercial work?
Yes. Restaurant, retail and property management accounts keep several properties, on the same records as your house washes. Each invoice carries its own payment terms, such as Net 30. Photos, signatures and wash-water notes stay with each visit.
What can I bring over from my current system?
