Yes. A recurring visit is set up once, when the job is created, for a storefront route or a returning house. Each visit keeps its access notes on that job.
Can I use my price book and offer optional items?
Yes. The price book prices houses, storefronts and larger buildings on the tech's phone, and an estimate can carry optional items the customer picks on the estimate itself, like gutters, screens or pressure washing. An add-on the customer asks for at the door is priced from the same book and goes on the estimate as an optional item. Every unaccepted estimate stays in one list until the customer accepts or declines.
How do deposits and customer payments work?
Customers pay by card from the invoice you email them, straight into your own Stripe account. A deposit on a larger building is recorded against that invoice, and so are partial payments, cash and checks.
Can I mix residential and commercial work?
Yes. A storefront chain or a property manager keeps several properties on one account, on the same records as your residential rounds. Each invoice carries its own payment terms, such as Net 30. Access notes and photos stay with each visit.
What can I bring over from my current system?
