Yes. Create a recurring job for each address and choose how often visits repeat. Each visit keeps the address's ladder notes and photos.
Can I use my price book and offer optional items?
Yes. The price book prices cleanouts, guards and downspouts on the crew's phone, and an estimate can carry optional items the customer picks, like guards or an extra downspout. The customer's history shows every cleanout they paid for when you price the guards.
How do deposits and customer payments work?
Customers pay by card from the invoice you email them, straight into your own Stripe account. A deposit on a guard installation is recorded against that invoice, and so are partial payments, cash and checks.
Can I mix residential and commercial work?
Yes. A property manager's account keeps several properties, on the same records as your residential customers. Each invoice carries its own payment terms, such as Net 30. Before and after photos of each cleanout stay on the job.
What can I bring over from my current system?
