Yes. A project takes a visit for each day on site, all on the one job, and smaller jobs and return visits go on the same calendar beside it. Each visit shows its crew.
Can I use my price book and offer optional items?
Yes. The price book prices the work on your phone, and an estimate can carry optional items the customer picks, like upgraded fixtures or a second window. Extra work the owner asks for goes on its own estimate, which the customer accepts online before anyone starts.
How do stage invoices and customer payments work?
Each stage of a project gets its own invoice, and customers pay by card from the email, straight into your own Stripe account. Deposits, partial payments, cash and checks are recorded against the invoice, and open invoices stay in your reports until they are paid.
Can I mix residential and commercial work?
Yes. A commercial customer's account keeps several properties, on the same records as your homeowners. Each invoice carries its own payment terms, such as Net 30. The subs' lien waivers and the permit and inspection dates go in the job's notes, where the office finds them later.
