Yes. A lockout goes on the calendar beside the booked work, and the tech sees the property's notes from earlier visits. An on-my-way email tells the customer at the door when the tech will arrive.
Can I use my price book and offer optional items?
Yes. The price book prices the lockout or the rekey on the tech's phone, and an install estimate can carry optional items the customer picks, like a keypad deadbolt or extra keys. Every unaccepted estimate stays in one list until the customer accepts or declines.
How do deposits and customer payments work?
Customers pay by card from the invoice you email them, straight into your own Stripe account. A payment taken at the door, in cash or by check, is recorded against that invoice. A deposit on an access control install is recorded the same way, and so are partial payments.
Can I mix residential and commercial work?
Yes. A property manager's account keeps several buildings, on the same records as your residential customers. Each invoice carries its own payment terms, such as Net 30. Each building keeps its own notes and photos.
