Yes. Create a recurring job for the mowing and another for the program's rounds, and choose how often each repeats. Each visit keeps its notes and photos on that job.
Can I use my price book and offer optional items?
Yes. The price book prices mowing, aeration and each round on the crew's phone, and an estimate can carry optional items the customer picks on the estimate itself, like overseeding or dethatching. Every unaccepted estimate stays in one list until the customer accepts or declines.
How do deposits and customer payments work?
Customers pay by card from the invoice you email them, straight into your own Stripe account. A season prepay on a treatment program is recorded against that invoice, and so are partial payments, cash and checks.
Can I mix residential and commercial work?
Yes. HOA and commercial grounds accounts keep several properties, on the same records as your residential route. Each invoice carries its own payment terms, such as Net 30. Product and rate notes stay with each visit.
What can I bring over from my current system?
Your customers come over from the app you use now or a spreadsheet, along with their jobs and invoices. You check a preview before anything is added, and everything you enter stays yours. See how switching works.
