Yes. The weekly check is a recurring job, set up when the job is created, and each storm goes on the same calendar with a crew on each visit. The crew sees the site's notes on the job.
Can I use my price book for season contracts and extras?
Yes. The price book prices a push or a salting on your phone, and a season contract estimate can carry optional items the customer picks on the estimate itself, like sidewalk clearing or extra salting. Every unaccepted estimate stays in one list until the customer accepts or declines.
How do deposits and customer payments work?
Customers pay by card from the invoice you email them, straight into your own Stripe account. A deposit on a season contract is recorded against that invoice, and so are partial payments, cash and checks.
Can I manage driveways and commercial lots together?
Yes. A retail or property management account keeps several lots as properties, on the same records as your driveways. Each invoice carries its own payment terms, such as Net 30. The photos from each pass stay on the site's visit.
