Yes. An installation takes a visit for each day on site, all on the one job, and service calls and site visits go on the same calendar around it. Each visit shows its crew.
Can I use my price book and offer optional items?
Yes. Panels, inverters, racking and labor live in your price book on your phone, and an estimate can carry optional items the customer picks, like a battery or a main panel upgrade. The customer accepts or declines it online.
How do deposits and customer payments work?
Customers pay by card from the invoice you email them, straight into your own Stripe account. A deposit on an installation is recorded against that invoice, and so are partial payments, cash and checks. Each stage of an installation can get its own invoice.
Can I mix residential and commercial work?
Yes. A commercial account keeps several properties, on the same records as your homeowners. Each invoice carries its own payment terms, such as Net 30. The permit, the inspection date and the utility's permission to operate go in the job's notes, where the office finds them later.
What can I bring over from my current system?
