About the role

Run on-site rollouts — train dispatchers, sit in trucks, and close the loop between customers and product. You will be the named owner of every new account’s first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site rollouts for new accounts (≈one week in four on the road).
• Train dispatchers and technicians; document what worked.
• Bring field observations back as concrete product changes.
• Own the success metric for the first 60 days of every account.

Basic qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, ops, or customer-facing field work.
• Comfortable in a service-business environment (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
• Willingness to travel ≈one week in four.
• Strong written communication.

Preferred skills and experience

• Background in trades or service operations.
• Built or run a dispatcher training program.
• Comfort reading product analytics.
• A bias toward writing things down.
